Yellow Arroz (Turmeric Rice)

Turmeric Rice, or as my girls sweetly call it, Yellow Arroz—is one of our favorite go-to side dishes. It’s warm, comforting, and packed with flavor… plus it’s pretty. That golden color comes from turmeric, a spice with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I also love cooking it with bone broth toe enrich the nutritional value. There was time when all my girls would eat for dinner would be a plate of arroz. We love serving this with our taco bowls actually or grilled chicken, roasted veggies. I just love the colorful boost it gives our meals.

Whether you're making dinner on a busy weeknight or prepping for guests, this rice is easy, nourishing, and kid-approved.
